Basement Finishing
We specialize in basement finishing and remodeling. An investment on your home that adds value not to mention space, atmosphere and a whole new element to your home.
Beginning
We'll start by discussing your vision for your space and your needs, wether it's an in-law suite with bathroom, bedroom, living space, laundry room or a game room for the kids.
Framing
We'll then spend time framing your new space and preparing for mechanicals.
Mechanicals
Next we'll install all mechanical items including lighting and outlet circuits, HVAC, and plumbing rough ins.
Overhead work
As counterintuitive as it might sound, a black ceiling can open up a small space and create the illusion that the ceilings are higher than they really are.
Drywall and drywall finishing
Next we drywall! While hanging drywall is the first step to creating functional walls and ceilings, an equally important part of the installation process comes next: prepping the drywall for paint or wallpaper. This stage is called “drywall finishing.” The purpose of drywall finishing is to conceal fastener heads and joints between gypsum board panels to create a monolithic surface ready to receive final decoration.
Flooring
Vinyl flooring is known for being resilient. This means that most vinyl flooring is water-resistant and very low maintenance, with long-lasting durability. If it has a wear layer, vinyl flooring will usually not stain and can survive plenty of wear and tear, which makes it a good option for any highly trafficked areas and basements.
Finishing
Finishing will involve door install followed by trim. The only remaining step is clean-up and paint and then you're ready to take over your brand new high quality space!
